For the first time in the ASP World tour, a rookie has won the championship. Stephanie Gilmore, 19 yo, wins the 2007 ranking ahead of Peruvian Sofia Mulanovich and Silvana Lima from Brazil.

The SeaSailSurfer of the month got 19s one month ago. Bornt in La Réunion, Indian ocean, he entered this year in the ASP World Tour and competes with big stars of surfing like Slater, Fanning, Burrow…

From the start of the pro series, Jeremy Flores showed he was ready to compete with the best surfers of the word. In the second event, the famous Rip Curl Pro at Bells Beach, he went toward the third series. One month later, in Tahiti, he finished in the 4rth series, defeating no one else than Kelly Slater before being beaten by Damien Hobgood furure winner ogf the event !

August 2010 was rich in events and performances. Many SeaSailSurfers made great performances. We will however retain Bertrand Delesne’s run in the second leg of race to the Azores. On his mini, he covered 304,90 miles in 24 hours. He is SeaSailSurfer of the month !

Flavio Marazzi (GC32), Arthur Herreman (Diam 24) et Giovanni Galeotti (Moth) vainqueurs du grand prix marseillais
Marseille accueillait pour la toute première fois les Diam24, nouveaux trimarans du Tour de France à la Voile, et les GC32, impressionnants catamarans équipés de foils. Les Moth, petits dériveurs solitaires également montés sur foil, étaient aussi de la partie et planaient à 1 mètre au-dessus des flots du stade nautique du Roucas Blanc. -

For the final day of the 2014 J/70 World Championship presented by Helly Hansen, the New York Yacht Club Race Committee brought the fleet back out to Rhode Island Sound where three races were run in 8-14 knots of breeze. -
