Tanguy de Lamotte belongs to those who believed in Class40 from the beginning. He is rewarded for his efforts since he won, with Adrien Hardy, the first edition of the Solidaire du Chocolat.
Every year, Farr30 teams race around France during one month. This month, Daniel Souben has won the race at the head of the crew sailing "Courier Dunkerque". A second win as he was title holder this year.
Daniel Souben from Vannes is a past Tornado and F18 sailor. He has been team manager for the Banque Populaire trimaran in 2000-2003. He joined the "Courier Dunkerque" team in 2005 and became the skipper in 2006. It took him two years to win the race, now won twice. This time with a lead of 70 points… He is the SeaSailSufer of the month.
Past trimaran Sergio Tacchini’ skipper is back offshore with Giovanni Soldini to win the Class40 race Les Sables - Horta.

Jeremy Flores has won the Billabong Pipe Master, the last event of the 2010 ASP World Tour. Defaiting Kelly Slater in the semis, is the first European surfer to win this great event, the first french to win an event in the ASP circuit. He is the SeaSailSurfer of December.

Russell Coutts, the boss of the american Defender, BMW Oracle Racing, has made younger the older sport trophy of the world. As the competition will be sailed aboard wingsailed catamarans, he made the trophy, and sport sailing competition, entering the third millenary. He is the SeaSailSurfer of the month.
August 2010 was rich in events and performances. Many SeaSailSurfers made great performances. We will however retain Bertrand Delesne’s run in the second leg of race to the Azores. On his mini, he covered 304,90 miles in 24 hours. He is SeaSailSurfer of the month !
Le vent ne sait pas bien ce qu’il veut ! Après la pétole désespérante du départ, jeudi matin, le vent a forci à près de 20 noeuds alors que la tête de flotte contournait la bouée de La recherche.
Paris, le 3 mai 2002. A la mi-parcours de l’étape Madère - Saint Barthélemy, les deux échappés, Thales Armor Lux et Petit Navire, comptent toujours une petite avance sur le groupe des poursuivants. Ce groupe est surveillé par le leader du classement général, Colbert Orco, vainqueur de la première étape à Funchal.
Ce matin, les têtes encore étaient embrumées par une soirée typique de Douarnenez (soupe de poisons et brochette sous le cirque). Les accrocs de la glisse n’ont en effet pas échappé à la bonne tradition d’accueil du port finistérien.
C’est une deuxième journée placée sous le signe de l’attente qu’ont connu les concurrents du Grand Prix Petit Navire 2002. Les Dragon ont, tout comme hier, dû patienter jusqu’à midi pour couper la ligne de la première course du jour, alors que les windsurfers et kitesurfers sont restés sur la plage jusqu’en milieu d’après-midi.
Le départ de la première manche du Trophée de Larmor - Plage, première épreuve du championnat du Monde IMOCA 2002 à été donné à 14h20 au large de Larmor - Plage.

Deux jours avant de quitter les Etats Unis, dimanche, le Français Jean Yves Bernot, navigateur à bord du bateau norvégien Djuice, l’avait bien dit : « la première partie de la traversée de l’Atlantique va être très ventée… ».
